Independent American film company Scott Free, founded more than half a century ago by the cult Hollywood director Ridley Scott, intends to shoot a feature film about the history of the Ethereum blockchain development.

As it became known to foreign media, the film will be based on the book The Infinite Machine, published several years ago under the authorship of authoritative in the cryptocurrency sphere journalist Camille Russo. In her book, the writer told the story of Vitalik Buterin, a 19-year-old programmer with Russian roots. During the course of the story, the reader is invited to find out how the specialist was able to assemble a team to create a "world computer.

In addition, the book touches on difficult stages of the young genius' career. Buterin and his team had to
put up with stricter controls from banking regulators and difficulties scaling their product. But in the end, all the efforts paid off when the guys got the attention of the Wall Street bigwigs.
