The management of one of the most successful soccer clubs on the planet, Barcelona, has expressed a desire to enter the cryptocurrency market with its digital currency for a more efficient flow of finances. During his speech at Mobile World Congress, he also announced the imminent release of the NFT club. After that, according to him, a full-fledged entry of "Barça" to the cryptocurrency market is planned. Laporta stressed, that this entry will only be through its own digital currency and not through cooperation with third-party organizations.

The club president also noted that all planned digital products will be the property of Barcelona fans
