Cryptocurrencies will gain universal acceptance thanks to their gradual integration into major technology companies. This opinion was expressed by Brian Armstrong, CEO of Coinbase, a cryptocurrency exchange, in the Crypto World program on American TV.

Speaking about the future of digital assets, the businessman recalled the way the Internet developed. Its proliferation progressed leisurely until influential corporations discovered that the new technology had great promise. Today, the global network covers almost the entire world and cryptocurrencies will have a similar fate, Armstrong believes.

In confirmation of his words, the businessman announced the integration of BlackRock, the largest asset management company, with the cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase. This cooperation will allow the organization to provide its clients access to digital assets.

Brian Armstrong did not deny that there are serious problems in the cryptocurrency industry. At the same time, according to him, it is just another cycle, after which the market will be expected to rise again. The development of blockchain technology and Etherium's transition to Proof-of-Stake will not play the least part in this.
