The disappearance of BTC creator Satoshi Nakamoto was linked to the CIA

The sudden disappearance of the mysterious bitcoin founder Satoshi Nakamoto 11 years ago may be related to CIA activities. That was the opinion shared with the public by Pete Rizzo, head of Bitcoin magazine.

According to him, Nakomoto disappeared just after one of the key BTC developers, Gavin Andresen, visited the CIA office in June 2011. To prove his theory, he attached the words from a long-standing memo from Andresen, who claimed his intention to appear before intelligence representatives to discuss the first cryptocurrency project. After a meeting between one of the main bitcoin developers and the CIA, Nakamoto disappeared without a trace, Rizzo noted.

Despite his optimistic mood ahead of his upcoming meeting with the CIA and his hope for government help with Bitcoin blockchain development, Andresen was sending mixed signals. According to Rizzo, he feared that U.S. authorities were not at all interested in the independence and autonomy guaranteed to ordinary users of cryptocurrency. Among other things, the developer was embarrassed by the increased attention from the intelligence services that want to control everything.

Despite the fact that Satoshi Nakomoto's identity and the reasons for his sudden disappearance have never been revealed, a large number of Internet users are still collecting all the available information, bit by bit. However, after 11 years of "investigations," they haven't been able to move beyond unconfirmed theories.
