Bitcoin Argentina, an Argentine social organization, has launched an initiative to introduce lessons on cryptocurrencies into the curriculum of public high schools. The goal of the organization is to raise students' awareness of bitcoin and to teach them the basics of financial literacy.

As part of the "Schools and Bitcoin" project, Argentina's schools will hold special seminars on BTC and other cryptocurrencies. At the end of the training, students will know how the Bitcoin network works and how digital gold differs from traditional finance.

Bitcoin Argentina's leadership noted that this is not the first such project in the country. Last time, students in Argentine schools showed great interest in mastering digital technology. Now the project is distributed to four dozen schools across the country, but in the future this number will increase several times, and the training programs will be specifically adapted for each institution.

At the beginning of May, the largest banks in the country opened the possibility for their clients to trade digital assets. At the same time, the Central Bank of Argentina issued a warning to private financial institutions, noting the high volatility of cryptocurrencies.
