The Masons of Argentina have announced the release of the NFT collection

The Argentine Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons intends to release an exclusive collection of collectible tokens (NFT). The collection will be called CryptoMasons and will include 77 samples of art designed in digital form.

The collection's website states that seven artists specifically chosen by the Lodge were responsible for its development. The artists managed to depict esoteric drawings that refer to the history and mysteries of Freemasonry. All 77 artworks will be available for purchase on the OpenSea platform. At this time, the collection is undergoing a mandatory moderation procedure.

According to the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Freemasons, their goal is to sponsor their own community projects. In particular, the proceeds from the sale of NFT CryptoMasons will be used to help an orphanage for children, the Center for Immigration Rights and the Center for Professional Development of Youth in Argentina.

Argentina is at the forefront of integrating cryptocurrencies into its economy in several other countries. In late summer, for example, the province of Mendoza began accepting cryptocurrency as payment for taxes as well as to cover administrative fees.
